Ingredients

  • 3 Ripe plantains (spotted, but not overly soft)
  • 1 tbsp Grated fresh ginger

  5. Fry the plantains in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 4–6 minutes per side.
  6. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
