Nigerian Meat Pie

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cup 3 cups flour
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 cup cold butter
  • ½ cup Cold water
  • ½ lb Ground beef
  • 1 Small potato (diced)
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • ½ tsp thyme
  • 1 seasoning cube
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp flour + water to thicken

Method
 

  1. Cook beef with spices and veg till tender.
  2. Add flour-water mix to thicken.
  3. Cool filling. Make dough, roll out, cut circles.
  4. Fill and seal with egg wash.
  5. Bake at 375°F for 25–30 mins.
